Embellishing Faces

In my session we will be using our favorite shapes, doodling and mark-making techniques, and apply this to either a photo, collage or drawn face.  

​

This is a great way to add decorative features and symbols to images.  We will also look at how we can take that same image and alter it in a variety of ways in our art journals and creative projects.

You will be provided with an image, but you can use one you already have.

We will alter the image using our favorite marks, shapes.  This is a great base to start with for further exploration.

We will then look at the many different ways we can further alter the image by changing color, size and adding even more marks
